A warm welcome to Dr. Larissa Wüst!

The iHCDP welcomes a new but already familiar member to the team.

Dr. Larissa Wüst is a psychologist by training, she studied psychology at the University of Greifswald before joining the Centre for Chronobiology in 2020. In October 2024, she completed her PhD thesis under the supervision of Prof. C. Cajochen and Dr. Ruta Lasauskaite. Dr. Larissa Wüst joined the Circadian Health Clinic module, led by Dr. Corrado Garbazza as a postdoc on 1 May 2025.

Her research interests are the effects of light on human physiology, mood and cognition. In her new role, she will be working on a large clinical study on (day-)light therapy in patients with depression. We are delighted to have Larissa join the iHCDP team!
