The iHCDP team will be present at the Health Expo on Saturday, 22 February 2025 at the St. Jakobshalle in Basel.
The Health Expo is the largest health experience day in Switzerland. Alongside various companies and organizations from the health, fitness and wellness sector, the iHCDP will be located in the CheckUp area. From 10:00 to 18:00, interested visitors will receive information on the topic of ‘(day)light and sleep’. Visitors can determine their ‘chronotype’ and sleep quality and receive expert tips for healthy sleep as well as an insight into the scientific findings of sleep research. At the booth, the team will also offer light therapy lamps for testing and will conduct various light measurements.
The team cordially invites all interested parties to join. Admission to the trade show is for free.
