We are very excited to share a new Outlook article published in Nature, “Can resetting the body clock help with depression?”, which explores the link between circadian and mental health.

The article includes quotes by iHCDP researchers Christian Cajochen and Manuel Spitschan, as well as citing Corrado Garbazza and his team’s recent publication Sustained remission from perinatal depression after bright light therapy: A pilot randomised, placebo-controlled trial.
